This is a sample form that shows how to add the AdIntel hidden variables to your Act-On forms.
The action defined for this form just prints out all the field values when you submit the form.
In reality, the form action submits the values to a list in Act-On and also creates/updates the corresponding record in the Salesforce CRM.
