The Find Local Time button can be placed in Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Cases pages. The Salesforce Administrator typically changes the layouts for these pages and adds the button in a desired location. Note that the button works only in Salesforce Classic and not in Salesforce Lightning Experience.
The following example shows how to place the button in the Accounts page. Similar procedure can be followed to place the button in other supported pages.
Step 1 – Click on the Accounts tab and open any account.
Step 2 – Click on the Edit Layout link to change the page layout.
Step 3 – Select Buttons in the Account Layout section and then add the button Find Local Time to the Custom Buttons area.
Step 4 – Click Save to apply changes to the layout. The button is now added to the Accounts page.
