What kinds of traffic does the App track?
The AdIntel App can track inbounds coming from Paid, Organic, Referral, and Direct traffic sources.
An inbound is defined as Paid if it resulted from your Google Adwords, Bing ads or Facebook ad campaigns. AdIntel has direct integration with these ad platforms. In addition, if you defined other traffic sources, such as LinkedIn, Twitter etc. as Paid in the App Configuration, then any inbounds coming from these sources will also be treated as Paid.
An inbound is defined as Organic if it resulted from searching on search engines such as Google, Bing, or Yahoo, and is not visited based on a paid click.
An inbound is defined as Referral if it resulted from clicking link on other websites than your own websites, and is not visited based on a paid click.
An inbound is defined as Direct if it resulted from a visitor who arrived to your website via a bookmark or just entered your website url directly in the browser address bar.
How do I configure the App?
Select the AdIntel App from the Apps menu and then select the AdIntel Config tab. Customize the App and click on the Save button to apply the new settings.
How do I configure the App with Google AdWords, Microsoft Bing Ads, and Facebook?
Utilize the following two step procedure to properly configure the App with Google AdWords, Microsoft Bing Ads, and Facebook.
Step 1: Authorize AdIntel App access to Google AdWords, Microsoft Bing Ads, and Facebook via OAuth protocol.
Step 2: Configure Google AdWords, Microsoft Bing Ads, and Facebook platforms to work with the AdIntel App.

How do I uninstall the App?
The App can be uninstalled with the following steps:
- Remove all references to AdIntel Web Analytics and AdIntel Web Activity components in all the lightning page layouts where you have added them.
- Go to Setup-> App Setup -> Deploy -> Installed Packages and click on the Uninstall link located next to the AdIntel App.
How do I purchase the App?
Please send us an email at info@success-software.biz and we will send you an invoice. After the payment is made, we will convert your free trial of the App to an active site license. Please note that the free trial is valid for 30 days only.
How do I grant login access to a Success Software supporter?
You can grant login access to your Salesforce org as follows:
Click on Setup | My Personal Information | Grant Login Access -> Select a couple of days for Success Software
or
Click on Your Name | My Settings | Personal | Grant Account Login Access -> Select a couple of days for Success Software
