Configure Google Analytics

The AdIntel App regularly accesses your Google Analytics account to identify visitor activity on your website. This intelligence is then presented in the Lead/Contact/Opportunity detail pages by the lightning component AdIntel Web Activity Gadget.

Note that with AdIntel App version 2.16 and above, we only support Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties. The AdIntel App will not work with Google Universal Analytics properties as Google will sunset support for them on July 01, 2023.

Please use this configuration guide to setup Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics. After this step is completed, the AdIntel Web Activity Gadget will work as intended.
